Long Service Awards

A reflection of our employee welfare policy is the low attrition rate, employee welfare policy and nurturing talent. It is worth noting that over 400 employees have completed 20 years of valuable service at Cooper Corp., with several having been part of our family for more than 35 years. The employees completing 20/25 years of dedicated service are facilitated with cash award ,silver coin of 50 gm, in a special function.

Women Welfare

At Cooper Corp., women are represented across various departments, from leadership and administration to the shop floor. We ensure participation and provide opportunities for all women employees, with a special emphasis on building their technical skills.

Employee Welfare

Cooper Corp. takes special initiatives for employee welfare. Employees receive financial assistance in emergencies and other needs from the Employee’s Credit Co-op Society, which includes home loans, educational loans, and personal loans. Even during the factory shutdowns due to COVID, we continued to pay employees’ salaries. As part of our centenary celebration every workman was given a cash benefit of Rs. 10,000.

The Nariman Cooper Trust provides medical assistance to all employees and organizes various programs for their families. It also awards educational scholarships and arranges children’s camps, helping them develop their personalities.

We place emphasis on the training and continuous learning of our employees to align with their personal growth and organizational goals. Regular training programs are conducted across departments, with a special focus on skill enhancement and the development of managerial effectiveness.
